The Department of Justice is considering a federal investigation on the radical left’s poster child for helping illegal aliens evade law enforcement.
Border Czar Tom Homan has sounded the alarm about AOC’s recent webinar that provided illegal aliens step-by-step instructions on how to avoid Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agents.
Homan did not mince words when addressing the controversial congresswoman’s actions.
“I sent an email today to the Deputy Attorney General, at what level is that impediment?” Homan asked, emphasizing the urgent need for legal scrutiny of AOC’s behavior.
“Is that impeding our law enforcement efforts? If so, what are we going to do about it?” he continued.
Hosted by AOC and her fellow “Squad” members, the webinar provided illegal aliens with tactics to resist ICE operations, effectively undermining federal law enforcement efforts.
This blatant obstruction of justice has drawn fierce criticism from Americans who understand the importance of secure borders and the rule of law.
While AOC claims she was merely educating people about their rights, her actions appear to go far beyond constitutional protections.
The guide advises illegal aliens to refuse cooperation with ICE agents, potentially putting both law enforcement officers and communities at risk.
“This is about public safety, this is about community safety,” Homan warned, highlighting the dangerous consequences of AOC’s reckless behavior.
“You’re putting the public at great risk, you’re putting our officers at great risk, you’re even putting the illegal alien at great risk, because anything can happen on arrest on the street,” he added.
As ICE continues its crucial work of enforcing immigration laws and protecting American citizens, AOC’s actions serve only to obstruct these efforts and embolden those who violate the nation’s laws.
Recent ICE operations have led to the arrest of illegals linked to the dangerous Tren de Aragua, which underscores the vital importance of their work.
