
Here’s who will be subpoenaed.
On Thursday (June 9), the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol riot will hold a primetime hearing, where it will reveal its findings to the public.
The anticipation for this event has led to reporting about the committee’s investigation, including the more than 100 subpoenas it issued to lawmakers, internet and communication companies, and Trump White House officials, among others.
This is a list of those the committee has subpoenaed.
Trump Family
Kimberly Guilfoyle
Guilfoyle is Donald Trump Jr.’s fiance, who spoke at a Jan. 6 rally on the Ellipse.
Members of Congress
Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ.)
Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Alaska.)
Brooks spoke at the Jan. 6 rally on the Ellipse and indicated last month that he wouldn’t testify.
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio)
The Ohio Republican requested the panel give him the bulk of information it has collected on him as he considers how he’ll respond.
House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA.)
The panel has shown interest in conversations McCarthy had with Trump surrounding the attack.
