Biden’s in trouble now.
The state of Florida is now suing President Biden, NASA, and others close to the Biden Administration over their decision to “unlawfully” issue vaccine mandates which force government contractors to be vaccinated by claiming it goes against the state’s employment policy.
According to Fox News, the Biden Administration along with NASA and other top officials are forcing federal contractors to be vaccinated fully by December 8th and now Governor DeSantis is fighting back.
The lawsuit states, “Because the government’s unlawful vaccine requirement seeks to interfere with Florida’s employment policies and threaten Florida with economic harm and the loss of federal contracts, the State seeks relief from this Court.”
Florida further argued that the mandate is a radical intrusion into the personal autonomy of Americans.
The lawsuit further noted that Biden’s mandate does not authorize the government to use it’s contracts to force social policy which has not yet been authorized by Congress.
