Biden is really getting his revenge now.
President Biden recently called upon the Justice Department to officially prosecute anyone who attempted to defy their subpoenas and refused to testify before the congressional select committee assigned to look into the Jan. 6 Capitol protest which resulted in the death of some Americans.
According to Newsmax, When speaking to the House of Representatives Select Committee assigned to investigating the Jan. 6 protest, Biden said that he “hoped” the committee goes after all of them and holds everyone involved accountable.
Then, when Biden was asked if he hopes the Justice Department prosecutes anyone, Biden simply responded, “I do, yes.”
Former President Donald Trump has urged his former aides to not cooperate with the Jan. 6 committee by claimed that they have executive privilege. However, President Biden has refused to acknowledge it.
Q: Mr. President, what’s your message to people who defy Congressional subpoenas on the Jan. 6 committee?
BIDEN: I hope that the committee goes after them and holds them accountable criminally.
Q: [Do you think they should] be prosecuted by the Justice Dept.?
BIDEN: I do, yes.
