This administration is a mess right now.
In a recent interview with Newsmax, Rep. Lisa McClain reacted to the recent CNN article highlighting all of the tension and controversy within the White House between President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris. McClain warned that this could become a bigger issue and the White House was in ”serious trouble.”
McClain then lectured the Biden Administration and said that no matter what the circumstances are behind the scenes, they should never have let tensions spill out to the media and the public. She called on Biden and Kamala to put up a united front something they clearly don’t have right now.
McClain’s comments came after CNN released a story claiming that there was major tension between President Biden and Vice President Harris as well as others in their staff. CNN claimed that after speaking to nearly three dozen current and former aides and other officials they revealed a “complex reality inside the White House”.
Many within the White House claim that Vice President Harris is being sidelined rather than being properly prepared. CNN further alleges that Kamala herself has expressed frustration that she is “constrained”.
Since the story was released, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki spoke out against the claims and insisted the Vice President Harris was a vital partner to Biden who is instrumental in the White House and deals with many important issues.
