Famed Athlete Slams Ultra-Lib City

(Patriot.Buzz) – Feeling fed up with extreme leftwing policies causing all sorts of problems, an outspoken NBA icon and TNT sports commentator threw sharp daggers at ultra-liberal San Francisco and showed no signs of softening his stance towards the city or its residents.

In a conversation with the Warriors’ forward Draymond Green and former Pacers standout and NBA analyst Reggie Miller, Charles Barkley delivered his latest criticism during TNT’s alternative broadcast of the NBA All-Star game at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indiana.

The discussion took a turn when Green suggested, “Hey Reggie we love you, let’s not have another All-Star [game] in Indiana. Let’s let this be the last one, my friend.”

Barkley seized the moment to contrast the chill of Indiana with his perceptions of San Francisco, where Green plays. Barkley said, “If you had a chance of being in the cold, or being around a bunch of homeless crooks in San Francisco, which would you take?”

Barkley did not stop there, adding, “You can’t even walk around down there,” to emphasize his point about the city’s streets.

Faced with the fact that the upcoming All-Star game is set to be hosted at Chase Center in San Francisco, Barkley skeptically responded to Green’s defense of the city’s walkability with “yeah, with a bulletproof vest.”

This is not the first time Barkley has aired his grievances about San Francisco. He previously commented on the city’s condition during a rain delay in Game 4 of the 2022 Western Conference Finals between the Warriors and Mavericks.

The game’s delay was caused by a leaking roof at the American Airlines Center in Dallas and prompted Barkley to express regret that the rain was not falling in San Francisco instead to wash its streets clean of “all that dirtiness and homelessness.”

In the All-Star game itself the Eastern Conference triumphed over the West with a score of 211-186 and with Damian Lillard earning the MVP title.
