(Patriot.Buzz) – Basing her opinions on biased leftwing media reports that support her stances, Kamala Harris blamed GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump for Georgia’s strict abortion laws.
The report claimed that a 28-year-old mother in Georgia died from complications of an untreated infection, which was worsened by the state’s abortion regulations.
The report referenced conclusions from an official state committee, which argued that her death was “preventable” and criticized the hospital’s significant delay in administering the necessary medical procedures.
“This young mother should be alive, raising her son, and pursuing her dream of attending nursing school,” Harris said in a statement.
She then discussed what she sees as the dire consequences of overturning Roe v. Wade.
Harris stated, “This is exactly what we feared when Roe was struck down. In more than 20 states, Trump Abortion Bans are preventing doctors from providing basic medical care.”
“Women are bleeding out in parking lots, turned away from emergency rooms, losing their ability to ever have children again,” she continued.
“Survivors of rape and incest are being told they cannot make decisions about what happens next to their bodies. And now women are dying. These are the consequences of Donald Trump’s actions,” she claimed.
Harris also emphasized the critical nature of reproductive rights in the 2024 election for her base, claiming that Trump would not veto a national abortion ban.
“We must pass a law to restore reproductive freedom. When I am President of the United States, I will proudly sign it into law. Lives depend on it,” Harris declared.
Currently, Georgia enforces a six-week abortion ban, upheld by the state’s Supreme Court in October 2023.
Additionally, liberal Senator Elizabeth Warren also brought attention to the situation by sharing the report on X.
