(Patriot.Buzz) – Seeing her flip-flop on key policies in an attempt to mislead voters ahead of the presidential election, former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy labeled Kamala Harris as “Kamala Chameleon.”
During an appearance on “Jesse Watters Primetime,” McCarthy criticized Harris for her copycat strategy to adopt former President Donald Trump’s policies, particularly when it suits her political needs.
In the interview, McCarthy discussed Harris’ policy shifts, especially on issues like gun buybacks and taxation.
He suggested that Harris mirrors Trump’s policies selectively depending on the political advantage they may offer.
During a conversation about tactics to engage Harris in a debate, McCarthy outlined a strategic approach.
“I’d ask for three debates, and each debate they’ll make it about an issue. Make the first debate the economy, the second debate about the border and the third debate about crime,” McCarthy suggested.
He added, “Those are the three main issues and President Trump has a policy to actually win. She’ll probably start agreeing with him,” he said.
“I think the best definition of Kamala is ‘Kamala Chameleon’ because she changes everything single time,” McCarthy explained. “If you watch that last clip about buybacks on guns and, it was mandatory she said.”
Additionally, Kayleigh McEnany weighed in on the perceived media bias in reporting on Harris’ policies versus Trump’s.
She highlighted how the media positively covered Harris’ stance on not taxing tips while similar policies by Trump were met with skepticism and criticism for their financial implications.
McCarthy also shared his view on tackling media bias and emphasized the importance of addressing Harris’ actions and public statements directly.
“You just have to even beat the issue, beat the person but beat the media at the same time. President Trump has always been up to this,” McCarthy expressed.
“What I would show is her saying she’s for no taxes on tips, then show the votes she cast. It wasn’t just a vote, she’s president of the Senate. She passed the deciding vote,” he elaborated.
“She passed the deciding vote. Had she not cast the vote to break that tie, there wouldn’t be 80,000 new IRS agents,” McCarthy concluded.
