NOW: Hunter Biden SENTENCING Date Set!

(Patriot.Buzz) – After being convicted in June for making false statements on a government form during a firearm purchasе, Hunter Biden’s sentencing date has been set for November 13.

The datе follows the presidential election by a week. As a first-time offender, Hunter could face 15 to 21 months in prison under normal circumstances, though the maximum penalty could rеach 25 years and a $750,000 fine.

During his trial, Hunter falsеly declared that he was “not an unlawful user of, or addicted to, any stimulant, narcotic drug, and any other controlled substance” when he bought a Colt Cobra revolver from a Delaware store five years before.

However, his memoir revealed he was frequently using crack cocaine at the time, consuming it roughly every 15 minutes when he purchased the gun.

A federal probation officer will recommend a sentence to U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika, who will make the final decision.

Both parties have deadlines in late October and early November to submit their sentencing guidelines.

While Hunter’s lawyer, Abbe Lowell, has stated intentions to challenge the verdict aggressively, Joe Biden has expressed that he will not pardon his son.

Earlier, Judge Noreika rejected a plea deal that would have allowed Hunter to plead guilty to lesser misdemeanor tax charges and avoid the felony gun charge.

Had the deal gone through, Hunter would have been granted immunity from future prosecution on these issues.

Instead, the tax charges were dropped, and new charges were filed in both the gun and tax cases.

In a separate case in California, Hunter faces nine more charges related to tax evasion and filing false tax returns between 2016 and 2019.

He has pleaded not guilty to all these charges.
