Former President Donald Trump mocked President Joe Biden for his seat at the Queen’s funeral, claiming he would have gotten a better seat.

Trump made these comments on Truth Social, highlighting the placement of Biden among mourners at Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral which took place on Monday.

Monday’s funeral marks the largest gathering of world leaders in history, with more than 500 monarchs, heads of state, and dignitaries filing into the pews at Westminster Abbey in London to mourn Britain’s longest-serving monarch.

The Times of London reported that Biden and First Lady Jill Biden were seated in the 14th row in the Collegiate church with only 21 rows.

The placement of world leaders seemed to favor those within the Commonwealth and royalty.

However, Trump maximized on news of the seating arrangement, claiming: “If I were president, they wouldn’t have sat me back there.”

Yet Biden’s position likely was determined by factors beyond his control, including his travel to the funeral, not being a monarch, and being a leader of the non-Commonwealth country.

In a seating chart released by The Times of London, the arrangement appears to have the following order: the Queen’s family, other monarchs, leaders of Commonwealth countries, and the remaining world leaders.

A report by The Telegraph highlighted that placement for Commonwealth leaders — which includes countries like New Zealand, Australia, Canada, India, and South Africa — was prioritized because of “protocol.”

Biden may have also been placed in the back because he chose to travel to the funeral in an armored car, while other leaders were bussed to the church.

Trump posted an image of the packed church, with a red arrow pointing out where Biden and the First Lady were located.

“This is what’s happened to America in just two short years. No respect!” the former President captioned the picture.

He continued, “However, a good time for our President to get to know the leaders of certain Third World countries. If I were president, they wouldn’t have sat me back there and our Country would be much different than it is right now.”

An hour later, Trump emphasized, “In Real Estate, like in Politics and in Life, LOCATION IS EVERYTHING!!!”
