(Patriot.Buzz) – Revealing his plan to restore America to greatness, GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump pledged to make big policy changes once he retakes the White House.
Specifically, Trump vowed to fight inflation by drastically reducing energy costs, tightening border security, bringing manufacturing back to the U.S. and slashing regulatory constraints on businesses.
Speaking in Asheville, North Carolina, Trump blasted the Biden-Harris administration’s approach.
Trump promised to abolish taxes on tips and Social Security income, cut energy expenses, enhance housing affordability by deporting illegals and impose tariffs of 10 to 20% on goods from countries that exploit the U.S.
Trump has frequently attacked the current administration’s energy policies for sparking the highest inflation in four decades.
He further accused the Biden-Harris team of loosening fossil fuel regulations for political gains.
“Now they’re drilling, but the day after the election—if they win this election—the drilling stops,” Trump declared. “By contrast, I am announcing today that under my leadership the United States will commit to the ambitious goal of slashing energy prices by half.”
He also pledged to reverse policies limiting energy development in places like the Alaska National Wildlife Refuge and to scrap mandates for electric vehicles.
Trump also linked Kamala Harris directly to economic challenges, including inflation, due to her key role in passing Biden’s agendas.
“Kamala has declared that tackling inflation will be a day one priority. Think about it. For her, day one was three-and-a-half years ago,” Trump highlighted. “She says her plan is going to bring down prices. Why didn’t you do it? You’ve been there three-and-a-half years.”
Trump presented a vision of prosperity and peace, promising an end to “the era of inflation, mayhem, and misery.”
“Vote Trump and your incomes will soar, your savings will grow, young people will be able to afford a home, and we’ll bring back the American dream better and stronger than ever before,” he assured.
Addressing immigration, Trump argued that the increase under Biden-Harris has inflated housing costs and burdened budgets.
“I will seal the border. I will send them all back to their countries where they belong. Prices will come down, come down dramatically, and come down fast,” he asserted.
