(Patriot.Buzz) – Known as the “world’s most monstrous bodybuilder,” Illia Yefimchyk passed away at the young age of 35 after suffering a heart attack.

While the Belarusian athlete suffered a heart attack on September 6th, his wife, Anna, performed CPR on him. He was later transported by helicopter to a clinic.
Tragically, Yefimchyk died two days later after the heart attack, which had left him brain-dead.
Fox News reported that the first news of his death came through Instagram and the YouTube channel Nick’s Strength and Power.
Moreover, Yefimchyk’s wife, Anna, shared with Belarusian media that she had been praying for his recovery, but her hopes were crushed.
“I spent every day by his side, hoping, and his heart started beating again for two days, but the doctor gave me the terrible news that his brain had died,” Anna said.
“I thank everyone for their condolences. It’s very heartwarming to realize that I am not left alone in this world, and so many people have offered me help and support,” she added.
Standing at 6 feet tall and weighing 340 pounds, the world-famous bodybuilder earned his title for his extreme dedication to building his size and strength.
In addition, reports said he could bench press 600 pounds, deadlift 700 pounds, and perform 700-pound squats.
Although Yefimchyk never competed in professional bodybuilding events, he shared his training routines online, having many followers across social media platforms.
He also spoke freely about his use of supplements, growth hormones and steroids on his YouTube and Instagram account, which amassed more than 300,000 followers.
To maintain his massive size, Yefimchyk consumed 15,000 calories a day.
