10-Year-Old Expelled for Doing THIS?!

(Patriot.Buzz) – In a shocking display of liberal overreach, an elite California private school has expelled a 10-year-old boy for using a squirt gun emoji and rap lyrics in emails to a classmate.

The Curtis School in Los Angeles, known for its celebrity students and hefty $28,760 annual tuition, is now facing a lawsuit from outraged parents who claim the expulsion was unjust and arbitrary.

The fifth-grader, a straight-A student with no prior disciplinary issues, was abruptly kicked out of school after exchanging emails with a friend that included lyrics from the song “Murder on My Mind” by YNW Melly and a water pistol emoji.

The school immediately overreacted, claiming the need to “ensure a safe and secure campus.”

However, the lawsuit filed by the boy’s parents paints a different picture, exposing the school’s knee-jerk reaction as a gross violation of common sense and due process.

The expelled student was not even shown the specific emails during a meeting with school officials before being unceremoniously thrown out, while the classmate who initiated the exchange faced no disciplinary action whatsoever.

“The decision to expel [the student] and bar him from campus is arbitrary and capricious,” the lawsuit stated.

The school’s Head, Meera Ratnesar, defended the decision, stating, “Contribution of lyric lines in addition to continuing to communicate threatening emojis and language 20 days after the lyric exchange, is a serious infraction that we cannot ignore.”

However, this explanation falls flat when it is considered that the boys continued to interact normally after the email exchange, even attending school events together.

This case highlights the growing epidemic of liberal indoctrination in schools, where harmless emojis and song lyrics are treated as serious threats.

At the same time, real issues like illegal immigration and the erosion of traditional values are ignored.

“We are deeply disappointed by your decision to base expulsion on emails between two classmates who both showed a willingness to talk about guns based on a song’s lyrics,” the parents pointed out.
