(Patriot.Buzz) – In a stunning victory for American justice and MAGA advocates, Judge Aileen M. Cannon has temporarily blocked the release of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s politically motivated report on President-elect Donald J. Trump.

This courageous decision halts what many patriots see as a last-ditch effort by the Deep State to smear the next President before his inauguration.
Judge Cannon’s ruling came in response to an emergency request from Trump’s defense team, who rightfully argued that releasing the report would be nothing more than a “lawless political stunt.”
The judge’s decision prevents the DOJ from disseminating the report outside its walls until the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals resolves the matter.
This latest development is a significant blow to the left’s relentless witch hunt against Trump, which has been ongoing since he first announced his candidacy in 2015.
The report, allegedly covering investigations into Trump’s handling of classified documents and efforts to overturn the 2020 election results, is now effectively sealed from public view.
Speaking at a press conference at Mar-a-Lago, Trump praised Judge Cannon as a “very strong and a very brilliant judge.” He rightly pointed out the absurdity of allowing Smith to release what he called a “fake report.”
“It’ll be a fake report just like it was a fake investigation,” Trump declared.
Trump’s legal team, led by attorneys Todd Blanche and John Lauro, did not mince words in their scathing criticism of Smith and his politically-motivated investigation.
They demanded Smith’s immediate removal, calling him an “out-of-control private citizen unconstitutionally posing as a prosecutor.”
The report, which allegedly describes Trump’s actions to overturn the 2020 election as a “criminal effort,” is nothing more than a last-gasp attempt by the Washington establishment to undermine the will of the American people.
“As a former and soon-to-be President, uniquely familiar with the pernicious consequences of lawfare perpetrated by Smith, his Office, and others at DOJ, President Trump should be permitted to participate in these proceedings,” Trump’s attorneys argued in their motion.
As Trump prepares to take office on January 20th, it is clear that the swamp is desperate to land one final blow against the man who threatens their corrupt power structure.
However, thanks to Judge Cannon’s principled stand and Trump’s unwavering resolve, justice and the will of the American people appear to prevail.
The blocked release has certainly disrupted federal prosecutor plans. Jack Smith, whose team
intended the publicity for the findings, but it must now await the complex legal tango.
Observers and constitutional guardians will watch closely as the nation edges towards unpredictably tense outcomes on Trump’s inaugural eve.
