(Patriot.Buzz) – In an alarming incident near the U.S.-Mexico border, an American hiker was shot and robbed by suspected cartel terrorists on U.S. soil.

Chief Patrol Agent Gregory K. Bovino of the U.S. Border Patrol’s El Centro Sector issued a stern warning to the cartels.
“Cartels think they can bring their war here. Think again!” he declared, underscoring the authorities’ determination to protect American citizens from foreign threats.
“Americans won’t be intimidated. Our agents & BORTAC will confront these threats HEAD ON!” Bovino added.
In response to this alarming incident, the Border Patrol has significantly ramped up its presence in the area.
The elite Border Patrol Tactical Unit (BORTAC) and skilled marksmen are now saturating the region, sending a clear message that cartel violence will not be tolerated on American soil.
