(Patriot.Buzz) – The world as we know it is about to change forever as terrorists gear up for an all-out attack against democracies that oppose their deadly rule.
Specifically, reports suggest Iran is getting ready to launch an imminent direct attack against Israel.
According to the Wall Street Journal, a source close to strategic discussions hinted that the assault might occur either today or tomorrow.
However, it seems Iran’s highest ranks are still considering the decision to attack due to the likely geopolitical ramifications.
As for Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, one of his advisers stated: “The strike plans are in front of the Supreme Leader and he is still weighing the political risk.”
This development follows an alleged critical Israeli airstrike on a Syrian facility that killed seven Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps members, including two senior figures.
Recognizing the brewing tensions, the United States has foreseen Iran would take retaliatory measures against interests tied to Israel or the U.S. in the region.
Intriguingly, new intelligence reveals that Iran’s counterstrike might specifically target Israeli territory, which counters previous patterns of engaging U.S. or Israeli interests elsewhere in the Middle East.
Amid these escalations, the U.S. Embassy in Israel has warned employees and their families against traveling outside key urban centers as safety measures.
The embassy stated:
“Out of an abundance of caution, US government employees and their family members are restricted from personal travel outside the greater Tel Aviv (including Herzliya, Netanya, and Even Yehuda), Jerusalem, and Be’er Sheva areas until further notice. US government personnel are authorized to transit between these three areas for personal travel.”
At the same time, U.S. military presence and diplomatic engagements in Israel are intensifying, with U.S. Central Command head Gen. Michael Erik Kurilla on the ground and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin reinforcing the U.S.’ unwavering support for Israel’s defense strategies against Iranian provocations.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s response was resolute, warning of significant repercussions for any hostile actions against Israel.
“Whoever harms us, we will harm them. We are prepared to meet all of the security needs of the state of Israel, both defensively and offensively,” he stated.
