(Patriot.Buzz) – The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) trusted informant, Alexander Smirnov, betrayed America by pleading guilty to lying about a $10 million bribery scheme involving Joe and Hunter Biden.
Smirnov, who had been an FBI informant for nearly a decade, admitted to creating a “false and fictitious record” as part of a federal probe into the Bidens.
This included a bribery allegation documented in an FBI FD-1023 form, which claimed that Joe and Hunter each received $5 million from Burisma Holdings owner Mykola Zlochevsky to help oust Ukrainian Prosecutor-General Viktor Shokin.
While Smirnov’s claims have been discredited, Burisma indeed paid Hunter and his business partner Devon Archer $6.4 million between 2014 and 2019.
This raises serious questions about the extent of the Biden family’s involvement with foreign entities and potential conflicts of interest.

The plea deal reached with DOJ special counsel David Weiss, who is also prosecuting Hunter, recommended a 2—to 6-year prison sentence for Smirnov.
He faces up to six years behind bars, one year of supervised release, and must pay $675,502 in restitution. Additionally, Smirnov pleaded guilty to evading taxes on $2.15 million in unreported income between 2020 and 2022.
Furthermore, the case became a focal point in the House GOP’s investigation into the Biden family’s alleged overseas influence peddling.
Now, Congressional Democrats are using Smirnov’s indictment to attack Republicans investigating the Bidens’ business dealings.
It is worth noting that the same special counsel prosecuting Smirnov also brought charges against Hunter.
Shockingly, Hunter was pardoned by his father before sentencing on gun and tax charges, raising serious questions about the abuse of presidential power and the erosion of justice in America.
While prosecutors accused Smirnov of expressing bias against Biden, it is crucial to remember that bias does not automatically negate facts.
