Mysterious Pizzas DELIVERED to Lawmakers – Why?

Three pizzas with various toppings and fresh ingredients.

Raising alarm bells about who is tracking their private addresses and why, unsolicited pizza deliveries are showing up at lawmakers’ homes across America.

Capitol Police are investigating these mysterious deliveries targeting both Republican and Democrat lawmakers as potential threats.

The troubling trend comes amid rising political violence against elected officials, with authorities scrambling to identify those responsible before pizza deliveries turn into something far more sinister.

Federal, state, and local agencies have joined forces to investigate anonymous pizza orders sent to the residences of Congressional members and Capitol Police leadership.

These seemingly innocent deliveries carry an ominous message – someone knows exactly where these officials and their families live.

Both Republican and Democrat lawmakers have received these unwanted deliveries, indicating the threat crosses political lines.

Security officials view this tactic as particularly concerning because it demonstrates that senders have obtained elected officials’ private home addresses, typically closely guarded information.

“These recent pizza deliveries are troubling and yet again, bring to light the heightened threat landscape we are living in,” the Capitol Police in their official response to the incidents, stated.

The investigation comes at a particularly sensitive time following a politically motivated attack in Minnesota, where a former police impersonator shot Democrat lawmakers.

Authorities discovered the suspect possessed a hit list containing the names of approximately 70 left-wing targets, including over 45 federal and state Democrats from Minnesota.

Furthermore, a congressional source did not mince words when discussing the climate of fear surrounding these deliveries.

“People are really scared,” the source told reporters after the issue was formally raised during calls between congressional officials and the House Sergeant at Arms.

Similar tactics have been used against federal judges. Judge Esther Salas, whose son was murdered in a targeted attack at her home, reported comparable incidents.

“We had heard about pizzas being delivered to judges’ houses, and that says what? ‘I know where you live,'” Salas explained.

The Capitol Police have taken a firm stance on the issue, declaring that “Violence and threats, of any kind, targeted at elected officials will not be tolerated.”

In addition, what is particularly alarming to security officials is that these pizza deliveries began before the Minnesota attack but have continued afterward.

Authorities are withholding specific details to protect ongoing investigations and prevent copycat incidents that could further endanger lawmakers.

The acting U.S. attorney in Minnesota, Joe Thompson, placed these incidents in a broader context, noting:

“It’s only the most recent example of violent political extremism in this country, and that’s a trend that’s been increasing in recent years.”

While the Capitol Police work to identify and apprehend those responsible for these threatening deliveries, their mission of protecting America’s elected representatives has become increasingly complex in today’s volatile political climate.

The American people deserve representatives who can focus on serving their constituents without fearing for their personal safety.
