(Patriot.Buzz) – An unsettling incident puts another example of far-left extremism in the spotlight as a woman in Loveland, Colorado, was arrested for attempting to place explosives at a Tesla dealership.
Lucy Grace Nelson faces serious charges after targeting the Loveland dealership multiple times with explosives, causing over $220,000 in damages.
Her arrest comes as left-wing groups increasingly target Elon Musk’s businesses in response to his support for President Trump.
Nelson, who also uses the alias “Justin Thomas Nelson,” was apprehended while attempting to place additional explosive devices at the Tesla location.
She faces multiple felony charges, including using explosives or incendiary devices, felony criminal mischief, and criminal attempt to commit felonies.
The attacks began on January 29 when dealership staff discovered damage to their property.
The situation escalated with subsequent incidents on February 2 and February 7, with security footage capturing Molotov cocktails being thrown at Tesla vehicles on the lot.
Court documents revealed the vandal spray-painted “Nazi cars” on the property alongside other anti-Musk messages.

The Loveland Police Department confirmed finding spray paint, gasoline, bottles, and cloth pieces in Nelson’s car during her arrest. She was carrying additional firebombs when police finally caught her in the act.
Moreover, the firebombing campaign appears linked to growing left-wing hostility toward Musk following his endorsement of President Trump and involvement in government efficiency initiatives.
Police are investigating whether Nelson was motivated by Musk’s political influence and his role advising the administration on spending cuts at federal agencies.
According to Fox News, the radical activist group Indivisible has been encouraging demonstrations at Tesla locations nationwide, providing protest “tool kits” specifically targeting Musk.
In addition, police found “very offensive messages, derogatory in nature” at the crime scenes, the Loveland Police Department Public Information Officer Chris Padgett said.
The department confirmed it is collaborating with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) on the investigation, and federal charges are expected.
Surveillance footage suggested a possible second suspect may have been involved in the attacks.
One person captured on video had a significantly smaller build than Nelson, raising concerns that others might be participating in this dangerous campaign against Tesla.
Nelson was booked into the Larimer County Jail, and her bond was set at $100,000. She has since posted a bond and been released despite the serious nature of the charges and the ongoing investigation.
Neither Tesla nor the dealership has commented publicly on the incidents.
