Trump’s Border Czar Drops TRUTH BOMB!

Border czar Tom Homan

Dropping a truth bomb toward illegal aliens, Trump’s border czar has set the record straight on illegal immigration enforcement for those trying to circumvent the United States’ laws.

Speaking on CBS’s “Face the Nation,” Homan emphasized that having American-born children does not shield illegal aliens from deportation, delivering a much-needed reality check to those exploiting loopholes in the immigration system.

Homan did not mince words when addressing the misconception that having U.S. citizen children provides immunity from immigration enforcement.

“When you enter the country legally, and you know you’re here illegally, and you choose to have a U.S. citizen child, that’s on you. That’s not on this administration. If you choose to put your family in that position, that’s on them,” Homan stated.

Meanwhile, the Trump administration has faced misleading accusations about deporting U.S. citizen children.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio called media coverage “misleading” regarding children accompanying their deported parents.

Both Rubio and Homan have refuted claims that American citizens were being deported, clarifying that U.S. citizens cannot be legally deported under immigration law.

Critics have seized on cases involving mothers deported to Honduras with their American-born children, including a 4-year-old reportedly suffering from cancer.

However, Homan adamantly explained that no deportation of U.S. citizens occurred.

“Deported means you got to be ordered deported by an immigration judge. We don’t deport US citizens,” he clarified.

In these cases, parents who entered the country illegally and later had children on U.S. soil were the ones subject to deportation orders after due process.

When deported, these parents decided to take their children with them rather than leaving them in the United States with relatives or other guardians.

Homan said, “But having a U.S. citizen child after you enter this country illegally. It’s not a get out of jail free card.”

“It doesn’t make you immune from our laws. If that’s the message we sent the entire world, women are gonna keep putting themselves at risk and come to this country,” he added.

The Trump administration is focused on enforcing immigration laws that were ignored under previous administrations.

President Trump has sought congressional funding to enhance border security and has challenged birthright citizenship through the courts, a move supporters believe will help deter illegal immigration.

Likewise, Louisiana Federal District Court Judge Terry Doughty raised concerns about a case involving a two-year-old U.S. citizen who went to Honduras with her deported mother.

Yet, Homan confirmed that proper procedures were followed, explaining, “The mother chose to take the children with her.”

He emphasized that the mother, who was in the country illegally, received due process through immigration hearings and was lawfully ordered deported by a judge.

“Children aren’t deported,” Homan said on CBS News’ “Face the Nation.”

The administration’s position reflects a commitment to enforcing the law while recognizing parental rights and responsibilities.

When parents are deported after proper legal proceedings, they face the choice of taking their children with them or making other arrangements.

Homan’s frank statements serve as a reminder that the rule of law must be upheld. For too long, illegal aliens have exploited loopholes and used children to gain immunity from deportation.

Ultimately, the Trump administration’s approach reestablishes consequences for those who violate immigration laws, helping to restore order to a system that has been chaotic for decades.
