(Patriot.Buzz) – Putting his dementia once again on display, which only confirms that our enemies are exploiting America’s current weakness, Joe Biden made the grave mistake of confusing a democratic city with one under terrorist control.

Biden’s latest gaffe saw him referring to the Israeli city of Haifa instead of Rafah, the Gaza Strip’s southern city, highlighting a critical error amid discussions about Israel’s military actions against Hamas.
When asked about his strategy to regain support from pro-Palestinian voters after the conflict between Israel and Hamas, Biden inaccurately discussed Haifa during a conversation with Nexstar Media’s Reshad Hudson.
“I’ve been meeting with them, number one,” Biden started. “Number two, I made it clear that we have to vastly increase the amount of food, water, healthcare going into Gaza.”
“And I made it clear to Israelis – don’t move on Haifa,” he mistakenly stated while intending to mention Rafah, before his response went off the rails.
Rafah has been a significant focus in Israel’s initiative to rescue hostages held by Hamas and to dismantle the terror group’s presence in Gaza.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has declared the city a key target in these efforts due to its status as a densely populated area with a large number of Palestinian refugees and its strategic importance to Hamas.
Located north of Rafah, Haifa is Israel’s third-largest city and a major port and it has not been involved in the direct conflict dynamics Biden was addressing.
The slip-up drew widespread criticism and mockery on social media, with notable figures like former U.S. Ambassador to Israel David Friedman and former New York state Assemblyman Dov Hikind commenting on the mistake, highlighting its potential implications.
This incident adds to a series of public gaffes by Biden, which have sparked further discussions about his unfitness for office considering his advanced age and mental decline.
An ABC News/Ipsos poll earlier this year suggested that most U.S. adults question Biden’s capacity for a second term, as he is the oldest president in U.S. history.
Despite these concerns, the White House claims that Biden’s cognitive health is not in decline and “doesn’t need” to prove otherwise.
