
(Patriot.Buzz) – In a statement that most conservatives agree with, President Donald Trump ripped a lunatic judge for blocking deportation flights of dangerous gang members.

This latest clash highlights the ongoing battle between Trump’s America-first immigration policies and activist judges who continually obstruct efforts to protect American citizens from criminal aliens.
Trump did not mince words about U.S. District Judge Boasberg’s controversial ruling that blocked deportations under the Alien Enemies Act.
The President warned that if a president cannot remove violent criminals from American soil because of judicial overreach, the country nation faces grave danger.
“If a President doesn’t have the right to throw murderers, and other criminals, out of our Country because a Radical Left Lunatic Judge wants to assume the role of President, then our Country is in very big trouble, and destined to fail!” Trump declared.
The deportation flights at the center of the controversy targeted alleged gang members who pose serious threats to American communities.
The Alien Enemies Act, which allows for the deportation of aliens without court hearings during wartime, was last used during World War II.
Judge Boasberg’s decision effectively handcuffs presidential authority on national security matters.
Trump’s frustration has escalated to calls for impeachment proceedings against Boasberg, echoing growing sentiment among his supporters.
Congressman Brandon Gill (R-TX) has already filed articles of impeachment against the judge, with strong backing from Trump allies in Congress.
“Many people have called for his impeachment, the impeachment of this judge. I don’t know who the judge is, but he’s radical left,” Trump noted in his comments on the controversy.
The battle has drawn Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts into the fray.
Roberts issued a statement defending the judiciary, saying, “For more than two centuries, it has been established that impeachment is not an appropriate response to disagreement concerning a judicial decision. The normal appellate review process exists for that purpose.”
Trump swiftly responded to Roberts’ commentary, pointing out that the Chief Justice never mentioned him by name.
“He [Roberts] didn’t mention my name in the statement. I just saw it quickly. He didn’t mention my name. But many people have called for the impeachment of this judge. I don’t know who the judge is, but he’s radical left…” Trump claimed.
He reiterated that removing dangerous criminals from the country is a presidential responsibility, not something that should be blocked by “a local judge.”
The White House has denied accusations that they have defied Boasberg’s ruling after reports emerged that alleged Venezuelan gang members had been deported despite the judicial order.
Meanwhile, constitutional scholars like Attorney Mike Davis and Representative Andrew Clyde (R-GA) have defended impeachment as a legitimate congressional check against judicial overreach.
