(Patriot.Buzz) – The left is crumbling down, as the backlash within the Democratic Party following Joe Biden’s recent debate performance seems to be escalating into a significant internal conflict.
Major Democratic donor Whitney Tilson expressed a strong opinion about the situation: “For Biden’s own good and the good of the country, he should step aside immediately.”
Tilson’s frustration intensified sue to Biden’s inaction following the debate, which signals deeper concerns about his mental and physical capabilities.
In the days that followed, dissatisfaction among Democratic supporters and officials continued to grow.
At a fundraiser in New York, Biden gave a brief speech from a teleprompter that did little to ease concerns, as he quickly left without engaging questions.

Amid these challenges, the Biden-Harris campaign insists, through a memo from Jen O’Malley Dillon, that the debate did not significantly alter public perception, which the party itself met with skepticism.
Jill Biden’s former press secretary Mike LaRosa expressed his disbelief on social media and demanded evidence to counter the negative impressions left by the debate.
Adding to the party’s dilemma, a recent CBS News/YouGov poll indicates a significant rise in public concern over Biden’s mental and cognitive health, suggesting a potential impact on voter confidence and turnout.
This sentiment is echoed by aides to Democratic lawmakers, who worry that continued support for Biden might harm their electoral prospects, especially in tightly contested races.
A potential Biden withdrawal would also have financial implications. Julie Chavez Rodriguez stated that campaign funds raised could only be used by Kamala Harris if Biden were to step aside, as per Federal Election Commission rules.
This revelation is particularly problematic for the Democratic Party, given Harris’s history-making low popularity ratings.
