(Patriot.Buzz) – In a tragic turn of events, two Oregon men met a tragic end in Washington’s Gifford Pinchot National Forest while pursuing the elusive Sasquatch.

The Skamania County Sheriff’s Office reported that the two men, aged 59 and 37, were found dead after being reported missing on Christmas Day.

The cause of death was determined to be exposure due to harsh weather conditions and lack of preparedness.

A massive search operation was launched, involving over 60 volunteer search-and-rescue personnel, including canine, drone, and ground teams. The Coast Guard even assisted with aerial searches using infrared technology.

Moreover, the men’s car was located in Willard, Washington, near Oklahoma Road, on the southern border of the national forest.

The Skamania County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement, “The Skamania County Sheriff’s Office extends our deepest sympathies and condolences to the families of the loved ones lost in this tragic incident.”

While the search for Sasquatch may seem harmless to some, this incident reveals the potential dangers of such pursuits.

Sasquatch, a folkloric creature believed by some to inhabit forests in the Pacific Northwest, has long attracted thrill-seekers and believers.

However, the government’s tacit endorsement of these activities through events like “Sasquatch Hunts” may be encouraging risky behavior.

The liberal agenda’s push for unrestricted access to public lands and its promotion of pseudoscience and folklore as legitimate pursuits could be partly to blame for such tragedies.

This incident should serve as a wake-up call to local and federal authorities. While personal responsibility is paramount, better education and potentially stricter guidelines are needed for those venturing into dangerous territories.
