(Patriot.Buzz) – President Trump scored a significant late-night victory with the Senate’s confirmation of all 21 Cabinet positions, including Labor Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer, who secured remarkable bipartisan support.

The former Oregon congresswoman’s confirmation was approved by 67-32 votes, and 17 Democrats supported it despite her Republican credentials.

Just seven weeks after her inauguration, Trump’s administration is now fully staffed and ready to implement his America First agenda.

Chavez-DeRemer, who previously represented Oregon’s 5th Congressional District, will lead the Department of Labor with nearly 16,000 employees and a proposed budget of $13.9 billion.

Her confirmation marks the final piece in Trump’s second-term Cabinet, assembled in record time compared to the previous administration’s drawn-out confirmation battles.

Following her approval, Chavez-DeRemer expressed gratitude and renewed her commitment to American workers.

“As promised, I’ll work tirelessly to put American Workers First by fighting for good-paying jobs, safe working conditions, and secure retirement benefits,” she stated on social media.

Some Republicans opposed her nomination, concerned about her previously union-friendly positions, including past support for the PRO Act, which makes unionization easier.

Notable Republican “no” votes included Senators Mitch McConnell, Rand Paul, and Ted Budd.

However, Chavez-DeRemer’s blend of small business experience and labor connections helped secure critical Democrat votes needed for confirmation.

During confirmation hearings, Chavez-DeRemer expressed support for state “right to work” laws while acknowledging the federal minimum wage has not increased since 2009.

During her time in Congress, she also co-sponsored legislation to protect public-sector workers’ Social Security benefits, building credibility with labor representatives.

Moreover, the Trump administration’s strategic outreach to organized labor has yielded dividends, with Teamsters President Sean O’Brien recommending Chavez-DeRemer for the position.

Trump’s complete Cabinet includes other high-profile appointments such as Secretary of State Marco Rubio, who remarkably received a unanimous 99-0 confirmation, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.

Some confirmations were narrower, with Vice President JD Vance casting the tie-breaking vote for Hegseth.

Despite the administration’s success, partisan attacks continue. Senator Jeff Merkley (D-OR) refused to support even his home-state nominee, declaring:

“I won’t vote for any cabinet nominee during Trump and Musk’s authoritarian administrative coup—this cannot be business as usual.”

Beyond Cabinet positions, key administration figures confirmed include FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, rounding out Trump’s team of America First patriots.

With his Cabinet fully assembled, President Trump is positioned to advance his agenda without the staffing delays that plagued his first administration.

Americans who voted for stronger borders, economic revival, and constitutional protection can now expect swift action from a team committed to making America great again.
