Voter Fraud CONFIRMED – ‘REPEATED Evidence’

(Patriot.Buzz) – Revealing the real reason Joe Biden’s administration is allowing a staggering amount of illegals into America, Representative Chip Roy (R-TX) discussed “repeated evidence” of voter fraud.

During a recent interview, Roy voiced concerns about non-citizens voting in U.S. elections while talking about the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act.

Roy outlined various instances and studies showing that non-citizens have voted in past elections, including allegations that it affected the outcome of specific elections like Al Franken’s in Minnesota.

He highlighted challenges in voter registration processes in cities such as Oakland, San Francisco, Washington, D.C. and New York City, where local elections allow non-citizen voting in local elections but do not prevent them from participating in federal elections.

According to Roy, this inconsistency arises because federal law restricts states’ abilities to verify citizenship.

For example, this has forced Arizona to maintain separate registration systems for state and federal elections.

Roy criticized the Motor Voter Act—officially known as the National Voter Registration Act of 1993—for limiting states’ powers to verify the citizenship of those registering to vote.

He argued that while the act enables voter registration through federal agencies and requires individuals to indicate their citizenship status, it lacks a mechanism to verify this information effectively.

As Roy detailed, the SAVE Act aims to rectify these issues by requiring anyone registering to vote to prove their citizenship, which would ensure that only citizens can participate in elections.

He believes this correction is straightforward but crucial to maintain the integrity of electoral processes.

Although there seems to be apparent bipartisan support for the principle that only citizens should vote, Roy pointed out a political divide on this issue.

He mentioned a specific legislative effort in Washington, D.C., to stop non-citizen registration, which received mixed responses from Democrats: 52 supported and 143 opposed the measure.

He suggested that this division indicates broader partisan disagreements over voter eligibility and the impact of recent large-scale immigration on electoral dynamics.

“So you see the fault line politically here. And this is why this issue matters so much, on the top of Biden dumping in five million people into our country, plus two million got-aways, you know, tens of thousands every day, additionally, coming in,” Roy added.
