Cocaine Found Where?

(Patriot.Buzz) – Following a similar incident in the Joe Biden White House, the United States Capitol Police (USCP) have launched an investigation after a small zip lock bag containing cocaine was discovered inside their headquarters.

The one-inch-by-one-inch bag was found on the floor of a busy hallway on the second floor—an area “heavily trafficked” by numerous contractors and employees.

“This small bag was found on the floor of a hallway inside USCP headquarters,” stated the USCP.

“The hallway is on the second floor in an area that has been a staging spot for furniture and supplies,” it added. “The area is heavily trafficked by various contractors and employees.”

The bag contained a white powdery substance that tested positive for cocaine. “The residue was field tested and came back positive for cocaine,” the USCP elaborated.

“The USCP Investigations Division has opened an investigation, which will include further testing, including DNA testing of the baggie,” it said.

Currently, Capitol Police’s Investigations Division is working to determine how the cocaine ended up in a section of their headquarters close to offices that handle Crime Scene, Intel, and Reports Processing.

This incident closely follows another high-profile drug find, where cocaine was located in a storage locker at the White House in July last year.

That case involved an area accessed by visitors and staff and concluded without any suspects after an 11-day Secret Service investigation.

The agency closed the investigation on the matter, citing “a lack of physical evidence” since no DNA or fingerprints were found at the scene.

The specific White House area where cocaine was found has no cameras due to the sensitive nature of the information circulating there.

However, the lack of surveillance proved to be a setback in this case, as there is no footage pointing to the person who put the substance in one of the area’s lockers.
