(Patriot.Buzz) – Renowned analyst Nate Silver is stirring controversy with accusations that the 2024 election pollsters are manipulating surveys to make it seem like a neck-and-neck race between Republican candidate Donald Trump and Democrat candidate Kamala Harris.
See the proof below!
This bombshell revelation exposes deep-seated corruption within the polling industry, which could influence the outcome of the 2024 presidential election.
Known for his data-driven approach to political analysis, Silver did not mince words when calling out his peers.
“I kind of trust pollsters less,” he declared. “They all, every time a pollster [says] ‘Oh, every state is just plus-one, every single state’s a tie,’ No! You’re f–king herding! You’re cheating! You’re cheating!”
This scathing indictment of the polling industry’s integrity comes at a crucial time, with the election just days away. Silver’s model shows Trump leading Harris 55% to 45%, contradicting the narrative of a neck-and-neck race pushed by many mainstream pollsters.
Moreover, Silver’s accusations center on a practice known as “herding,” where pollsters manipulate their results to align with a perceived consensus.
“Your numbers aren’t all going to come out at exactly one-point leads when you’re sampling 800 people over dozens of surveys,” Silver pointed out.
The polling expert specifically called out Emerson College for their suspiciously uniform results, suggesting a deliberate effort to show ties in every state.
Despite the pollsters’ attempts to portray a close race, Silver’s analysis paints a different picture. He believes Trump is more likely to win the 2024 election than Harris, though he cautions against overconfidence based on current polling trends.
Silver’s revelations also shed light on the changing demographics of Trump’s support base. Younger Black, Latino, and Asian-American voters are reportedly shifting towards Trump, defying historical voting patterns.
This trend, combined with Republican gains in voter registration in key swing states, suggests a potential red wave that pollsters are trying to downplay.
“Biden was on track to lose in a landslide … all the swing states would have gone for Trump … they [the Democrats] were rescued from certain death,” he said.
Still, the Democrats’ decision to replace Biden with Harris may have saved them from a crushing defeat, but Silver’s analysis indicates it might not be enough to secure victory.
Harris faces an uphill battle, inheriting challenges like inflation and immigration from the Biden administration.
We *also* have a PM model update out for you.
Lots of high-quality polling this afternoon.
Lots you can cherry-pick but on balance, the model thought it was a hair better for Harris than Trump relative to its expectations. Race remains a true toss-up.https://t.co/vsGVG189Sa
