State AG DECLARES WAR – Migrants FLOODING In!

(Patriot.Buzz) – Seeking to put an end to the alarming liberal scheme, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost declared war on the Biden-Harris administration’s ongoing efforts to move massive numbers of illegal aliens into the state.

Over the past four years, the influx of illegals has put a strain on Ohio’s economic, medical and educational resources.

Yost is questioning the limits of federal authority: “How many people can they be expected to take?”

“What are the limits to the federal government’s power? Could the federal government simply funnel into Ohio all the millions of migrants flooding in under the current administration’s watch?” he asked.

“There’s got to be a limiting principle,” Yost emphasized. “We’re going to find a way to get this disaster in front of a federal judge.”

Yost says that the increase in illegal aliens has caused more car accidents, squatting, wildlife poaching and theft.

He highlighted that the town of Springfield has grown by over a third due to the surge of illegals.

In July, the city manager of Springfield sent a letter to Senators J.D. Vance and Tim Scott asking for federal assistance.

The city manager reported that about 20,000 Haitian nationals had been resettled in Springfield over four years, significantly straining the local housing market in a town of nearly 60,000 people.

Springfield residents have expressed their concerns too. At a city commission meeting in August, a resident named Noel reported feeling unsafe due to non-English-speaking men loitering, littering and even squatting in her yard.

“Look at me, I weigh 95 pounds,” Noel stated. “I couldn’t defend myself if I had to.”

According to Customs and Border Protection, more than seven million illegal aliens have crossed into the U.S. since the Biden-Harris administration began.

Additionally, the administration has admitted roughly half a million Haitians, Cubans, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans since January 2023 through a mass parole initiative known as the CHNV program.

Yost concluded, “Ohio is a great place to work and live. But overwhelming our small towns with massive migrant populations without any coordination or assistance from the federal government is changing that in front of our eyes.”
