U.S. Telecom Firms HACKED – Top Officials Exposed!

(Patriot.Buzz) – In an alarming revelation, China’s cyber spies managed to hack America’s telecommunications networks, compromising the privacy of countless citizens and jeopardizing national security.

The White House has confirmed that at least eight U.S. telecom companies fell victim to a massive Chinese hacking campaign, exposing sensitive communications of government officials and political figures.

Dubbed “Salt Typhoon,” the Chinese hacking operation has been active for one to two years.

It has targeted the phones of political figures, including associates of President-elect Donald Trump and Kamala Harris.

This attack on American infrastructure highlights the ongoing threat posed by the Chinese Communist Party and its efforts to undermine America’s national interests.

Deputy National Security Adviser Anne Neuberger revealed the alarming scope of the breach.

Beijing accessed sensitive private communications services, intercepting texts and phone calls of key U.S. officials and political leaders.

Although Neuberger claims no classified communications were compromised, the extent of the damage remains unclear.

Joe Biden has been briefed on the situation and has prioritized investigating this cyber assault on American sovereignty.

Despite this reassurance, the fact that Chinese hackers were able to breach American telecommunications networks and access sensitive information of government officials is deeply troubling.

Additionally, the Chinese Embassy in Washington had the audacity to deny Beijing’s involvement and accused the United States of cyber aggression.

“The U.S. needs to stop its own cyberattacks against other countries and refrain from using cyber security to smear and slander China,” said embassy spokesperson Liu Pengyu.

In response to this cyber invasion, U.S. federal authorities have released guidance for telecom companies to prevent future breaches, focusing on encryption and monitoring.

However, impacted companies still have not been able to fully remove the Chinese actors from their networks, which poses ongoing risks to national security.
