Biden Caught Red-Handed!

Joe Biden solemn, thinking.

The White House’s shadow government has been exposed with the stunning discovery of a third different autopen signature used for Joe Biden’s official documents.

Specifically, a watchdog analysis raised serious questions about who was really running the country the last four years.

The Oversight Project has uncovered damning evidence that the Biden administration employed at least three different mechanical signatures on critical government documents.

As Biden’s cognitive decline worsened, thousands of executive orders, proclamations, and even death row commutations were mechanically signed.

This revelation follows an extensive investigation into signature patterns across thousands of presidential documents issued during Biden’s term.

What makes this revelation particularly troubling is the timing. Investigators found that Biden physically signed documents during the first 17 months of his presidency.

However, by June 13, 2022, the White House began using autopen for executive orders and pardons.

By July 15 of that year, every executive order was signed mechanically, coinciding with what many observers have noted was a period of accelerated cognitive decline.

In 2023, autopen signatures appeared on 16 of 24 executive orders. The mechanical signing increased to 14 of 19 orders in 2024.

During Biden’s final 20 days in office in 2025, all 14 executive orders carried mechanical signatures even when he was physically present in the White House.

“The uniformity of these signatures on these proclamations led us to conclude with high confidence that there is a third autopen signature,” said Oversight Project vice president of legal matters Kyle Brosnan.

The Justice Department, now under President Donald Trump’s leadership, has launched an investigation to determine whether Biden was actually making decisions or if unelected staffers exploited his condition.

A senior administration official stated:

“The Department of Justice, under Pardon Attorney Ed Martin, is acting independently to determine whether President Biden was making decisions related to pardons or commutations or if unelected staffers took advantage of him through the use of an autopen.”

The potential legal ramifications are severe. Unauthorized signing of Biden’s name could constitute forgery, impersonation of a government official, and possibly bribery.

Most concerning is the use of autopen to commute sentences for nearly every federal inmate on death row.

“President Trump was elected to restore the integrity and transparency of the office, and answering the question of who was actually running this country for four years is well within the president’s rights,” said Deputy Press Secretary Harrison Fields.

The contrast between administrations is stark. While President Trump’s White House uses a single autopen signature strictly limited to public correspondence, Biden’s team deployed multiple mechanical signatures for consequential government actions.

Interestingly, Biden did use his real signature when pardoning his son on December 1, 2024, while most other final pardons received the mechanical treatment.

A recent book called “Original Sin” by journalists Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson claims Biden could only provide “four to six good hours a day” during his presidency.

The revelation further fuels concerns about a shadow government operating without constitutional authority.
