Haley: ‘Unbelievably Disturbing’

(Patriot.Buzz) – Sharing the worries of every American concerned about their country, GOP presidential hopeful Nikki Haley found the special counsel’s investigation into Joe Biden’s mishandling of classified documents deeply troubling.

In an interview on Fox News’s “Hannity” Haley said, “It is unbelievably disturbing that they are showing that they see Biden to not have a good memory, that they see him as diminished, that they see that it’s a problem, and they point-blank say that.”

Highlighting the seriousness of the findings, Haley brought up the idea of enforcing mandatory mental competency tests. “There’s a reason 70 percent of Americans don’t wanna see a Biden-Trump rematch,” she mentioned, alluding to former President Trump, who is currently leading the Republican field.

“The party that gets rid of their 80-year-old candidate is gonna be the party that wins,” Haley predicted.

In the report that was made public Special Counsel Robert Hur stopped short from recommending any legal action against Biden. However, he did highlight Biden’s memory and recall issues.

“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” Hur detailed.

Hur observed that convincing a jury to convict Biden, who would be a former president and well into his eighties by then, of a serious charge requiring intentional wrongdoing would be challenging.

Responding to the report’s implications at a press conference, Biden staunchly defended his cognitive abilities.

“My memory’s fine. … Take a look at what I’ve done since I became president. … How did that happen? I guess I just forgot what was going on,” Biden remarked.

Despite his defense, Biden did mistakenly mix up the names and countries of the leaders of Mexico and Egypt during the conference.
