Illegals Now Getting WHAT?!

(Patriot.Buzz) – Illegals are being rewarded for destroying America, as some of the ones who were flown to Martha’s Vineyard by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis in September 2022 are now eligible for crime-victim visas in the U.S.

At least 3 of the 49 illegals flown to the sanctuary city have applied for U-visas under claims DeSantis and other Florida officials tricked them into participating with false promises of employment and accommodation.

These flights, which originated from San Antonio, Texas, and briefly stopped in Florida, ended on the Massachusetts island.

“These determinations are one step closer to justice,” stated immigration attorney Rachel Self about the approved U-visa applications. “[They] further underscore that anyone who knows all the facts . . . simply cannot ignore the criminality of the actors.”

The situation caused immediate controversy within Democratic ranks after DeSantis acknowledged the flights were funded by Florida taxpayers, which caused widespread criticism and prompted the Martha’s Vineyard Chamber of Commerce to declare a “humanitarian crisis.”

Although DeSantis’s office revealed that the illegals boarded the planes on their own free will, the operation has been called a political maneuver that exploited vulnerable individuals.

In response, Bexar County Sheriff Javier Salazar launched a criminal investigation into the governor’s actions with the illegals’ help in order to justify their U-visa claims.

U-visas are “set aside for victims of certain crimes who have suffered mental or physical abuse and are helpful to law enforcement or government officials in the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity,” according to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Although Salazar’s probe has made little progress and the local district attorney has not filed any charges, the illegals filed a class-action lawsuit against DeSantis and other officials, claiming they were deceived about their destination and the nature of their trip.

A federal judge in Boston recently dismissed DeSantis and the Florida officials from this lawsuit but allowed the case against Vertol Systems, the company that chartered the flights, to proceed.
