Senator Ted Cruz is unveiling information about three individuals, allegedly “spies for Iran,” who he claims held high-ranking positions within the Biden administration. He asserts that one of these purported sympathizers of Iran continues to handle confidential information in their role as a chief of staff at the Department of Defense.
SEN. TED CRUZ: The issue surrounding Rob Malley is, indeed, one of the most significant national security controversies we’ve ever faced. Rob Malley served as President Joe Biden’s primary negotiator with Iran, showing a notable bias towards the country. He’s a staunch supporter of the highly criticized nuclear deal from the Obama era with Iran. More so, his decision-making has been critically flawed, leading to his dismissal and the revocation of his security clearances. It’s worth considering the severity of one’s actions to prompt such a response from an administration known for its radical ideologies.
It’s come to light that three of the key advisors Malley trusted were, in fact, working for the Iranian government. Recruited and overseen by the Iranian foreign minister, these individuals were found to have explicit ties to Iran.
Through retrieved emails, it’s evident that one of these individuals pledged allegiance to the Iranian government, vowing to follow their orders. This even extended to promoting a narrative within the U.S. government that downplays the risks of Iran maintaining a nuclear arsenal. It’s alarming that these three individuals, accused of being Iranian spies, were occupying influential positions within the U.S. government.
As per the information available, one of these individuals still holds a significant position in the Department of Defense, with ongoing access to sensitive information. Despite these revelations, mainstream media outlets have shown a lack of interest in reporting that these alleged spies infiltrated high government ranks, accessing confidential information while purportedly serving Iranian interests. This is the same Iran held responsible for the recent deaths of 31 Americans and around 1400 Israelis, governed by a leader who often incites crowds with slogans like ‘Death to America’ and ‘Death to Israel.’
